In this study, the role of telecommunications and electronic systems has been examined to meet the demands and challenges of Tehran residents. Recognition of telecommunications and electronic systems as a bridge between people and government and the impact of online and distance communication are discussed such as the objectives of this research. This research has been done through the Survey methodology and questionnaire survey of 387 citizens. The results of the one-way chi-square test and frequency indicators show that the speed of accountability, respect, online and free would effect on citizens Communication and trust in the systems. Also the role of telecommunications and electronic systems as the bridge and save their time was effective. The results revealed that the majority of Iranians prefer the distance communication than the traditional way and also, tend to communicate with the telecommunications system (IVR) and welcome free and low number digit phone number. In addition, people with knowledge of the communication system and the rights of citizenship, the ad will be very effective.
